What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.

Can I change Subscriptions?

Yes. Simply click on the subscription menu in the admin Interface.

What if I want more than 100 users?

If your company requires more than 100 users It is more cost-effective to host eTimeOff in your own corporate environment using eTimeOff Enterprise. If hosting eTimeOff in your own environment is not an option for you please contact support for special pricing.

How does the 30 day trial work?

To take advantage of the 30 day free trial simply click on one of the user plans above and fill out the company account form. Once you have created a company account you are free to use eTimeOff for 30 days. At the end of your 30 day trial you can purchase eTimeOff by logging into the eTimeOff.com and purchasing a subscription plan.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. eTimeOff is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again. Payments can be canceled online in the eTimeOff application.
