eTimeOff Standard - our Free Atandance Management System

is eTimeOff's base attendance management system. This application is for companies that do not have the resources or skills to develop their own attendance system in house. eTimeOff Standard allows companies to automate the time off request/approval process and provides a permanent record of all your employees' time off.

Why eTimeOff

In today’s business environment where companies must minimize costs to be competitive, organizations often overlook expenses related to absenteeism. Without time off programs that assist companies in managing, tracking and quantifying their employees’ time off, organizations are potentially losing thousands of dollars a year. eTimeOff.com aims to provide organizations with an application that measures and manages absenteeism, permitting organizations to identify and address attendance related issues.

eTimeOff allows your organization to manage your employees' time off requests in one, easy to use, cost-effective application. This program permits your company to standardize, automate and reduce the number of errors in the time off request/approval process. It also includes a robust reporting system that allows you to provide upper management with key information about your employees' sick time, late arrivals, and other scheduled and unscheduled absences.

How eTimeOff works

Employees will be given an account number and password which will allow them to register at www.etimeoff.com/product. During the registration process, employees will be required to fill out an employee profile form that collects information about the employee such as name, phone number, employee id, hiring manager, department etc. Once the employee is registered, they can log into www.etimeoff.com/product to request time off. The employee will fill out the time off request form and click the send button. An email containing the employee’s time off request is generated and sent to the hiring manager. The hiring manager will then log into etimeOff.com and approve or reject the employee’s request, triggering a second email that is sent back to the employee containing the manager’s response.

Beyond using the system to make time off requests, employees can also view every time off request they have ever made as well as a tally of how much personal, sick or vacation time they have used. Since all data is stored in one centrally located database, eTimeOff’s calendar view allows employees to view their co-workers time off as well. This feature permits coverage issues to be avoided or worked out ahead of time off requests.
